getting outside

go out for a walk, run or jog every day current government advice:

- once a day

- stay 2 metres away from others

- do not congregate in groups

consider doing it at a set time to keep to a routine

try to get to a park, field, woods or the seafront for some open air (as long as it's not busy)

getting outdoor daylight in the morning is much more helpful for your circadian rhythm (body clock) - this improves sleep quality at night
