DO WHAT IS RIGHT FOR YOU. CONSIDER IF YOU NEED TO TAKE A BREATHER AND LET GO, OR KEEP STRUCTURE AND FEEL LIVELY:

If you need to let go:

Hang out in your pyjamas, eat cake, lie in, watch a box set, don’t feel guilty

If you need to feel more lively:

Write down a schedule, get up washed and dressed early daily, get outside once a day, keep a routine

Dealing with the news…

Consider only checking the news once a day

Stick to reputable online sources only

Do not open links on social media that appear to be alarmist or clickbait
