keep a routine

  • Get up at the same time each morning and go to bed at the same time of night

  • Get washed and dressed every day without fail

  • Stick to a regular pattern of mealtimes

  • At mealtimes consider laying the table and sit at the table to eat


Working from home

  • Make a separate area for work and set up a desk so you have a clear and organised workspace

  • Decide on dedicated working sessions with regular breaks

  • Do not mix your work sessions with other relaxation activities or household chores
